JP Nadier has been working in HR in management positions for 20 years in Spain . He has been working in the consultancy industry in recruitment, training, coaching and outplacement. He has a communication degree completed by a master in Human resources ( Escuela de Administración de Empresas)and he is a certified coach by IESEC.
Actually he is teaching career Management and HR in Lasalle University and use to give conferences about labor market in tecnical environments as in Spanish wind association, Wind power Expo , Fingerplus, Perpignan´s University, aee, IESE, EADA, Instituto Empresa etc…
He is a trainer in soft and management skills: customers relationships, communication, leadership, customers complain. Some of his customers companies are: B Braun, Hoteles Siliken, Randstad, Generalitat Catalunya Government, TMB, Top Rank, Ayesa etc….
He sat up his own consultancy 6 years ago specialized in executive management and recruitment for midle and top management specially in renewable energies. GINKO is the HR partner of the Spanish wind association and the photovoltaic one (ASIF).
GINKO´s markets are Spain, France, Germany, Morocco, Abu Dhabi, USA, Australia and India.
